Albania - China, a positive climate for more economic cooperation, PM office, 17 April 2017 Albania and China have excellent inter-state relations. This positive climate will become a generator for boosting further the economic cooperation and Chinese investments in Albania. Prime Minister Edi Rama received today the Chinese delegation headed by Zhang Gaoli, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the State Council of the People's Republic of China. China's Deputy Prime Minister congratulated on the work done in these years and on the reforms undertaken.
