In addition, Members of Parliament underlined that activities in the field of renewable energy sources, applying energy efficiency and saving measures as well as demand-side management play a significant role in increasing security and sustainability of energy supply.
The meeting was opened by Mrs. Sala Berisha-Shala, Chairperson of Committee for Economic Development, Infrastructure, Trade, Industry and Regional Development in the Kosovo* Parliament, on behalf of the Energy Community Presidency in office. The plenum was also addressed by Mr Claude Turmes, Member of European Parliament.
