The WB6 countries as Contracting Parties (CP) of the Energy Community (EnC) are signatories (2012) and already obliged to implement the entire EU legislative framework in their energy sectors (2015). Kosovo says will sign common energy market agreement with Albania in November, SeeNews, 1 November 2017 PRISTINA (Kosovo), November 1 (SeeNews) - Albania and Kosovo plan to finalize later this month an agreement to establish a common energy market, the Kosovo ministry of economic development has said. The agreement will be signed during a meeting of the governments of Albania and Kosovo, the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday. The meeting is scheduled to be held on November 27 in the southeastern Albanian city of Korça, as Albanian prime minister Edi Rama announced in September after a meeting with Kosovo foreign minister Behgjet Pacolli. The Albanian Ministry of Energy and Industry has published on its website a new list of PV projects of up to 2 MW that are applying for the regulated tariff of €100/MWh.
