Petromanas leaving Albania after selling its local shares to Shell, SCAN, 4th July 2017 The international oil exploration company Petromanas Energy has definitely closed its branch in Albania. On June 12, Petromanas Albania filed an official request at the National Business Center to liquidate its office in Albania.
