Secretariat's agreement with Kosovo* regulator paves way for mutual recognition and reciprocity of licensing regime for wholesale market, 24 May 2017 The Energy Community Secretariat agreed on the application of the principles of mutual recognition of licenses and reciprocity with the Energy Regulatory Office in Kosovo*, ERO. Based on the understanding reached with ERO, German based market participant, Statkraft, can become a participant in the wholesale electricity market in Kosovo* without requiring a license.
